A couple of clear observations

This service is aimed at small UK construction companies working on residential projects — extensions, loft conversions, renovations and minor new builds. For larger firms with multiple locations or specific requirements, please contact us for a tailored quote.

Typically, setup is completed within 5 working days after your initial call. If you need to send any requested documents, the timer pauses until we receive them — we won't follow up, and the project will be on hold.

The introductory price is £129. It will increase once BuildHub is fully launched, so if you're seeing this now, this is the current rate.

Questions

Why £129?

Because we'd rather get builders properly set up and using BuildHub well than save the hours it takes us. A properly configured account is the difference between a builder who uses BuildHub and one who logs in twice and forgets about it. £129 covers our time without making the setup a barrier, and it stays at this introductory rate while we're still in launch mode.

What if I want to change things later?

Once your account is set up, you can edit anything — brand, templates, prices, scope, payment schedules — yourself. The setup gives you a working foundation; from there, BuildHub is yours.

Can I add more onboarding time?

Yes. If you need more than the standard setup (multiple branches, unusual workflows, training for a team), let us know and we'll quote separately.

Is this required to use BuildHub?

No. BuildHub is built to be set up yourself in under an hour. The 1-2-1 Setup is for builders who'd rather have it done with them than spend their own evenings on it.

What happens if I miss the setup call?

Reschedule via the booking link in your confirmation email. The setup clock pauses until we can meet again.
