BuildHub is easy enough to set up yourself, but most builders don't have an evening spare. And the small detail bits — brand, templates, price lists, scope of works — are where new software usually stalls. Our 1-2-1 Setup service handles those bits with you, properly. Two short calls, the configuration work done in between, and your account is set up around your business before you write your first quote.

Worth it
Not just any setup. The right setup.
Most builders set themselves up with their existing templates and habits — including the bits that weren't working before. We'll set you up the way we've seen work best across the builders already using BuildHub: cleaner quote structure, the right scope-of-works boilerplate, payment schedules that protect your cashflow, and brand polish that lands well with homeowners. You're not paying us to upload your logo. You're paying us for what a builder who's already been through this knows that you don't.

A few honest notes
This service is for small UK building firms doing residential work — extensions, lofts, renovations and small new-builds. If you're a larger operation with multiple branches or specialist needs, get in touch and we'll quote you properly.
Setup is normally completed within 5 working days of the first call. If you need to send anything we asked for, the clock pauses until it arrives — we won't chase, but the project will hold.
The £129 is introductory. We'll raise it once BuildHub is properly launched, so if you're reading this now, this is the price.
Questions
Why £129?
Because we'd rather get builders properly set up and using BuildHub well than save the hours it takes us. A properly configured account is the difference between a builder who uses BuildHub and one who logs in twice and forgets about it. £129 covers our time without making the setup a barrier, and it stays at this introductory rate while we're still in launch mode.
What if I want to change things later?
Once your account is set up, you can edit anything — brand, templates, prices, scope, payment schedules — yourself. The setup gives you a working foundation; from there, BuildHub is yours.
Can I add more onboarding time?
Yes. If you need more than the standard setup (multiple branches, unusual workflows, training for a team), let us know and we'll quote separately.
Is this required to use BuildHub?
No. BuildHub is built to be set up yourself in under an hour. The 1-2-1 Setup is for builders who'd rather have it done with them than spend their own evenings on it.
What happens if I miss the setup call?
Reschedule via the booking link in your confirmation email. The setup clock pauses until we can meet again.
