No. BuildHub charges a flat monthly subscription. Every pound you earn from your clients is yours to keep.
Is the Free Starter really free?
Yes — permanently. Run one live project on BuildHub with full feature access, forever, without paying anything or providing a credit card.
What counts as a "live" project?
A live project is one currently being built. Projects in Quoting, Estimate or Completed status don't count against your tier limit, so you can have many leads in the pipeline at any time.
How does the FOUNDERS50 discount work?

What is The Vault?

What is The 3-Stage Handshake?
Every scope change goes through three stages — Discuss, Propose, Approve — before it takes effect. The builder formally submits the variation with cost impact; the homeowner digitally approves or rejects it; the decision is permanently recorded. Eliminates "I never agreed to that" disputes.
Does BuildHub work on mobile?
Yes — BuildHub is built mobile-first as a PWA. Install it on your phone's home screen and it works just like a native app, on iOS and Android.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. BuildHub is monthly with no minimum term. Cancel at any point and your account stays accessible until the end of your billing period.
